Testing your DNS records will show you if your DNS records have been configured correctly when setting up custom domain authentication.
To start the test process select Test DNS Records in the Authenticated Domains section of your Account Configuration.
Once it loads, it will show a series of records connected to your DMARC, DKIM, and SPF records.
Red indicates that there’s an issue with the authentication process. Check the description for more details.
Green indicates that the record passed the authentication process. Check the description for more details.
Contact support with any questions regarding the authentication process.
Changes to DNS records can take up to 24hrs or more. If your tests are not working, wait 1 hour and try again.
